QE Loans was founded by Sami Orchard, who is a second generation Mortgage Broker and quite literally grew up in the industry. Nicky Orchard (Over 20 years as a mortgage broker / finance broker)
I began my career in banking as a Bank teller in Biloela, I’ve now been in finance for over 25 years and I have spent the past 20 years as a Mortgage Broker on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
During this time, I have expanded my knowledge through studying for a Diploma in Financial Planning and Finance including Taxation and SMSF lending. More recently I obtained a full licence in Real Estate which has further enhanced my knowledge in the property market.
I enjoy structuring finance and assisting with not only home loans, but also in helping to build wealth through property.
I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s securing a first home, building an investment portfolio or construction finance, I bring deep industry knowledge and a commitment to exceptional service.
Outside of work, you’ll find me unwinding with a good Pilates session, walking my much loved Cavoodles Winnie and Ally or enjoying time with my biggest loves, my Family.
